Luckily avoiding any rain, Year 4 took a trip to the Secret Garden in Hampstead Heath to learn all about how to be a modern survivor! This workshop included making our own dens and shelters to live in, we also built our own fires that we could use to keep us warm or to cook food on. Using flint, cotton wool, and kindling we would definitely be able to send smoke signals if we are ever lost or trapped in Hampstead Heath!
