Reception investigated different ways of thinking about colour. We used some beautiful flowers and plants to make bracelets, choosing petals and leaves carefully to make patterns. In the Lab, we thought about rainbows and what they are made of – rain and sunlight! Then we used our torches to investigate light and colour, shining them on coloured paper and putting coloured lenses in front of the beam to see what effect that would have. We made some very interesting discoveries!
