Year 3 have worked hard this year in our vegetable garden. It’s been a tricky year to be a gardener, we had a late Spring, lots of heat and no rain, and then lots of rain came and that brought the snails out! But despite all of this Year 3 have sown, grown and harvested lovely potatoes, fresh herbs, rhubarb and fragrant lavender. They have also sown amazing sweetcorn, runner beans and pumpkins which are growing well and will be ready to harvest come September when the new Year 4s will harvest again!
