Thanks to a question from Year 3, a small group from Year 6 delved into the reason behind chilli heat! We used laptops to research the reasons behind the burning sensation when we eat chillies and why this might be helpful to chilli plants! We also had a taste session (with plenty of milk to hand!) to put the theory to the test!
