We know which side our bread is buttered…

Year 4 got creative in science, learning how to change a liquid (cream) into a solid (butter)…have a look at the pictures and see if you can figure out how we did it! We also made two different types of bread (well we had to put the butter on something!) Soda bread and a white bread made using yeast. We discovered how the bubbles in each dough are created, one by a chemical reaction and the other by respiration of a living thing!
