Year 4 took another trip through time this week as we went to visit the Guildhall Roman amphitheatre! We had a fantastic time, learning about Londinium, Roman sports, what gladiators would have worn and what life would have been like in the area – it sounds very gruelling with lots of bloodshed! We also had the opportunity to handle some REAL Roman artefacts.
