Following weeks of online learning, there has been lots of discussion and drama (in a good way!) in Year 2 this week. Looking at Julia Donaldson’s fantastic ‘The Snail and the Whale’, the class performed sections of the text considering the rhythm and rhyme. Many children also became the snail as we interviewed in role to find out thoughts and feelings throughout the story. So lovely to see the class return with such fantastic ideas!
