Reception spent an hour coding today.  Small groups of children worked with Miss Crean on activities created by code.org.  The children initially put puzzles together then moved on to using this skill to programme an Angry Bird to travel through various mazes.  The children had to use arrow keys that clipped together and then ‘run’ the programme.  If  it didn’t work they could debug – look through their code, spot the problem and resolve it!  They had great fun coding!
