On Friday we learnt a little bit about what a solar eclipse is through the tasty medium of biscuits and melted chocolate! Every child had the chance to dip their biscuit into the chocolate and cover it completely – just like the moon covered the sun! We watched the eclipse as it happened and talked lots about what would happen if the sun disappeared completely – they came up with some great suggestions!
