We had so much fun today in our Science experiment, blowing up balloons by combining yeast and sugar. The children made predictions about what they thought would happen and we then watched as the gas created by the combination of the two ingredients blew up the balloons. We were so impressed! On Friday we’ll be making bread together and observing how yeast makes the bread rise. Watch this space…!
