Xanthe the storyteller visited Year 3 today and entranced us with fabulous tales from the Norse myths as part of our Vikings topic. We learnt about the Norse creation story, Freya and the Brísingamen necklace and Iduna and the golden apples. Year 3 got into role and can be seen here showing the different types of wisdom that Odin drew from the Well of Urd.
