Back in March we were very lucky to have a visit from the brilliant poet Michael Rosen. He entertained us all with his poems, ran a workshop and even judged our own poetry competition. At the end of the date, to celebrate his love of chocolate cake we held a chocolate cake sale for the Malala Yousafzi. Fund: the Pakistani girl who was shot by the Taliban whilst campaigning for girls’ educatIon. We raised an amazing £387!
