Today in Science, Year 5 watched as Miss Mac made poo! We learnt how the digestive system worked last week and now we have seen in happen in front of our (disgusted) eyes! We now know the process, can label each part and understand how the body takes the nutrients it needs. Did you know it only take 6 seconds for food to reach your stomach after swallowing!
