EP Highlights

Across the school, we’ve seen a lot of enthusiasm for sports this week, with our Football Squad and Cross-Country teams busy preparing for upcoming competitions, Year 4 heading off for their daily swimming lessons and our sports clubs getting into full swing. A special mention and big thank you to Francesca in Year 6, who has really stepped up as a sports leader this week, taking charge of the Champ Square competition!

Thank you to everyone who came along to our Meet the Teacher sessions on Wednesday - it was lovely to see so many of you. All families will receive an email with an overview of the home learning expectations for your child’s class, and next week we will share login details if you would like to access some of the online homework tools.

Next week, we will be holding a Meet the Heads: Welcome to EP! session on Tuesday 22nd September after morning drop-off, repeated from 2:50–3:30pm. This is aimed at families who are new to EP.

Foundation Stage Party for Nursery and Reception - Wednesday 23rd September
Year 6 go to Wick Court - Monday 28th September - Friday 2nd October
Year 5 go to Gilwell Park - Wednesday 14th - Friday 16th October
EP Disco - Thursday 22nd October
Harvest Collection - Friday 23rd October
Half Term - 26th October - 30th October (Monday 2nd November is an INSET Day - children back on Tuesday 3rd Nov)
Parent and Carer Progress Meeting - Wednesday 11th November 4 - 7:30pm and Thursday 12th November, 4-6:30pm
Winter Fair - Friday 4th December - 3-6pm
Christmas Holidays - Monday 21st December - Friday 1st January inclusive (Monday 4th Jan is an INSET day - Children back Tuesday 5th January).
