Last week, Year 6 continued their topic work on World War Two with a fascinating trip to the Churchill War Rooms. This museum, which was the wartime bunker that sheltered Churchill and his government during the Blitz, really captured our imaginations as we learnt what it was like to work there, as well as lots about Churchill’s life and what kind of leader he was.
