It’s no yolk: eggs arrive in Y1!

They are finally here!  After weeks of waiting, we took delivery of 15 eggs this morning!  At the moment they are in the incubator being kept at a steady 37 degrees centigrade (exactly the same as underneath a hen!) and soon we should have some little chicks cheeping away in our classroom.  The man who delivered them told us that we needed to make sure we weren’t to loud around the egg and to avoid knocking the incubator as this might stop them hatching, so we’re being very careful.  Feel free to come in and check up on EGGsactly what they’re up to!
